You can hire your favourite clothes online, on WWW.PLEASEDONTBUY.COM, or in one of our boutiques were the services is available. In both cases, you can choose to hire clothes for either 4 or 8 days.
The cost ranges from £40 to £120. For every hired garment, there is a compulsory £15 fixed fee for garments with hire cost below £70 and a £30 fixed fee for garments with hire cost above £70.
Currently, the online PLEASEDONTBUY hire service is active in the following countries: Italy, France, Belgium, and Spain (excluding the Canary Islands).
At the moment, the hire service is available at selected TWINSET boutiques: Rome via del Corso, Rome Eur, Milan via Manzoni, Turin, Bari, Salerno, and Modena.
Our “PLEASEDONTBUY” collection is only available for hire.
Each item of clothing is meticulously checked and reconditioned after hire. PLEASEDONTBUY garments are treated with hydrocarbon washing, which uses odourless new generation solvents that are mild and kind to the fabrics as well as the environment. They are a great and effective alternative to the chlorinated, halogenated solvents usually employed in dry cleaning.
You can choose a rental start date within 25 days after the order closing date.
That is not possible, the Twinset collections are exclusively for sale.
Absolutely: you can add up to 3 garments to your cart per order.
If you choose to hire several garments on the same starting date, you will hire them all for the same length of time (e.g. You will not be able to hire one garment for 4 days and another for 8, but rather both for either 4 or 8 days).
Clothes are available in EU sizes 38 to 48.
You can choose between 4- or 8-days’ hire.

“PLEASEDONTBUY” does not currently allow dress alterations by us or by our customers. However, there is such a wide range of models and sizes available that we are sure all your needs can be satisfied!

Each dress is an individual hire: this means that each garment will require a separate fee. For example, if you hire 3 dresses you will pay 3 fees.
On PLEASEDONTBUY.COM, as well as in the TWINSET boutiques where the service is available, you can only pay by credit card.
All you have to do to return the garment is booking the UPS courier collection. The garment will need to be returned by the end of the last day of rental. If the rental ends on a Saturday or public holiday, you will need to return the garment by the morning of the next working day. You cannot return the dress in a TWINSET boutique. Once a dress hire is confirmed, you will not be able to ask for a different dress or a different size or colour of the same dress. The fixed fee cannot be refunded, in part or in full. If you want to hire a new dress, you will need to book another rental.
If the dress you hired no longer satisfies you, you can certainly return it early. Consider this, though: the fee you paid at the start of the hire covers a 4- or 8-day’s rental, therefore even if you return the dress early, or if you never use it, you won't receive a part refund.
All PLEASEDONTBUY garments are associated to the original boutique where you hire them: it is not possible to hire them in one boutique and return them in a different one.
All garments hired on PLEASEDONTBUY.COM will need to be returned via courier, following the directions given in the dedicated section. Garments hired online cannot be returned to a TWINSET boutique.
While you can receive an order placed on PLEASEDONTBUY.COM anywhere you choose, you cannot have it delivered or return it to a TWINSET boutique.
All garments hired on PLEASEDONTBUY.COM will need to be returned via courier, following the directions given in the dedicated section. Garments hired online cannot be returned to a UPS delivery point.
While you can receive an order placed on PLEASEDONTBUY.COM anywhere you choose, you cannot have it delivered or return it to a UPS delivery point.
